Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 100 products and 2 users. It includes all core features: sales, purchases, stock tracking, and basic reports. Perfect for small shops and SIWES projects.
What happens when I upgrade mid-month?
We prorate to the day. You pay only the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle, and your renewal date stays the same. Downgrade anytime and we'll credit your account for unused days.
Can I pay in naira by bank transfer?
Absolutely. All prices are in Nigerian naira. Professional and Business plans can pay by bank transfer, card, or Paystack. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing and net-30 terms.
Do you charge per user or per location?
Per active user. Starter includes 2 users, Professional includes 10, and Business includes unlimited users. Deactivated users don't count toward your limit, and you can reactivate them anytime.
What if I need help setting up?
Every plan includes email support and setup guides. Professional and above get priority support. Enterprise customers get dedicated onboarding, training sessions, and a success manager.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime with one click. Monthly plans stop at the end of your current cycle. Annual plans are refunded pro rata for unused full months within the first 60 days.
